having issues with our skimdb and fullfatdb replication machines this morning. both are up, but fullfatdb is behind. working on resolving.

an ssl misconfiguration is causing lot of connection failures. @fastly is on the case.
discovered a networking mixup that's made our replication fall behind. fixing now. might see some 404s, should be good in a few minutes max.
