Mays have always endeavoured to work with our clients in the way that works the best for them. Our efforts to make working with us an amazing experience has inspired us to expand our offices to three key locations. Our chosen locations means we are well placed to work with your business in any number of ways, whether you want to meet us in person, deal with us remotely, or enjoy the best of both worlds with a combined approach.
Web design for local business
Being even closer when we can
Of course, sometimes there’s nothing quite like having an in person chat over coffee, which is why we boast three strategically placed offices around the south east of England to make it easy for local businesses to do this. Clients past and present are always welcome to come and see us, and if you’re really lucky we might even break out the biscuits too!
Being close, even when we can’t be there
For many of our clients, meeting in person is out of the question. Taking time out of our schedule and theirs to travel long distances for a business meeting is just not a productive way to work, but that doesn’t mean we can’t work together.
Over the years, Mays have worked with numerous companies from all over the world. Because we aim to provide as slick and efficient a service to those clients we never meet as we do to those we meet weekly, we have developed a host of effective processes to enable us to do this well. These include:
- Teleconferencing: We can address the key decision makers, the entire team or just talk to you in person about your project. Similarly you are welcome to discuss your needs with all the members of our project team who will be working on the task, to give you confidence that every person is singing from the same hymn sheet.
- Video links: From simple videoconferencing tools like Skype through to more advanced soltuions, we’ll make sure you feel like you know each and every one of us, just as if we had met you in person.
- Shared documents: By sharing things like our project plan documents in an online space, you will be able to see in real time when we update our timeline, or sign off key deliverables for your project.
- Remote desktop: When we start putting together mock-up’s and trial versions of your design, we’ll be able to demonstrate them to you on your own computer.
There are a number of other ways we have found to make it easier to work with clients remotely, but the real key to success is to do what works best for you. Whether you’d prefer a daily update on our progress or a once a week report, we’ll aim to satisfy your needs and keep you in the loop at every stage.
