Tom Hardy

If you're still trying to figure out what the heck Tom Hardy was saying as Bane in "The Dark Knight Rises," then we've got just the website to brighten up your Friday afternoon.

A Mega SWF user has put together a Bane soundboard that features 26 short soundbites from "The Dark Knight Rises." Do we understand half of what Bane says in the snippets from the film? No. Does it matter? Absolutely not. We now can spend hours perfecting the way Hardy manages to garble "peace has cost you your strength" and use it as a party trick. Our friends will love it, we're sure.

Avengers

by Ryan Rigley

It's official. Earth's Mightiest Heroes will be back up on the silver screen in 2015. With "The Avengers" already being the highest grossing movie of the year, and the third highest grossing movie of all time, odds are that "The Avengers 2" is sure to be another huge success. Especially with fan-favorite writer/director Joss Whedon back in the driver's seat.

Not much is currently known about the film, other than the fact that Thanos will be the main villain. Although there has been a ton of speculation about the highly anticipated sequel thus far, with a release date of May 1, 2015, it seems like we'll be waiting quite a while for some answers. But don't worry! We're here to help. Click past the jump for our list of productive ways to help pass the time!

Vision

We're big fans of the Agent Coulson as Vision theory around these parts. So needless to say, we're always happy to see the theory catching on with other fans — especially talented, creative fans like Sculpture and Makeup Effects Forum user bhsfx.

The folks at Comic Book Movie have unearthed bhsfx's incredible (and currently incomplete) sculpt of what actor Clark Gregg would look like as the Avengers' resident android, and I have no further words to add other than "wow," "oh man," and "yes please."

Cronenberg

by Ryan Rigley

When recently asked his opinions on "formidable directors," such as Christopher Nolan, moving into superhero movie territory, David Cronenberg was quick to express his lack of interest in the genre as a whole. "I think it's still Batman running around in a stupid cape," the "Cosmopolis" director stated on the subject. "I just don't think it's elevated."

Cronenberg is perhaps best known for the sci-fi and horror films that he made early in his career, i.e. "The Fly," "Videodrome," and "Scanners." It's no wonder that he can see the art in a horror movie, but not in a superhero movie. However, what Cronenberg fails to realize is that there's a wide array of "heroes" in the superhero genre; some of them even stemming from horror and/or sci-fi concepts.

With that said, we've taken the liberty of compiling a list of five superhero properties that would be perfect for David Cronenberg. Check 'em out after the jump!

Bone and RASL

Back in January, Jeff Smith's "Bone" made its biggest stride towards the big-screen in quite some time. P.J. Hogan was attached to direct, with "Greek" creator Patrick Sean Smith hired to tackle the script. But eight months later, things have yet to move much further, according to Smith himself.

"I like everybody involved. They’re all working very hard on it, but it’s becoming apparent to me that I write comics that are just incredibly hard to adapt into movies," the cartoonist told Paste Magazine in a new interview. "So I don’t know. They’re still rewriting the scripts and it’s still in motion. They’re still trying to make it happen."

Avengers

Now that we have a release date for Marvel's "Avengers" sequel, attention can turn towards the next big step: naming the damn thing!

Joss Whedon's follow-up to his superhero hit has yet to receive an official title. At the moment, Disney is referring to it as UNTITLED MARVEL'S AVENGERS SEQUEL, which clearly won't stick. But what should the sequel title be? Should they just tack on a "2" and call it a day, or should Marvel continue the trend they've recently established with subtitles like "The Dark World" for the "Thor" sequel?

Read on for a few of our suggestions for the next "Avengers" film's title.

Arrow

Oliver Queen knows his way around a bow and arrow, but he wasn't always the eagle-eyed crime-fighter Star City needs. Indeed, he wouldn't be on a crusade against the corrupt if not for the five years he spent on a mysterious island, presumed dead to the world at large.

"Arrow" star Stephen Amell has consistently talked about how life on the island changed everything for Oliver, and based on the brand new poster for the upcoming CW series, we're inclined to agree. See it in full after the jump.
