Julie Powers Schenecker of Tampa, Fla., is accused of killing her teenage son and daughter.
On Thursday, the Tampa, Fla., mother allegedly shot 13-year-old Beau in the car after picking him up from soccer practice, according to police. Then she returned to the family home and allegedly shot 16-year-old Calyx, who was doing homework, police say.
Authorities found her on Friday, after her own mother contacted them, saying she was concerned about her daughter.
Schenecker was unable to appear in court on Saturday because she was taken to the hospital, where she was treated in the intensive care unit. She's due in court today.
