How Treyarch's spicing up Black Ops multiplayer

liking that they're trying to include interaction; hopefully thatll stop matches developing a "routine" like on MW2 where you can just predict how a match will play out and where people will be.

as long as its balanced, should be great addition :)

How Treyarch's spicing up Black Ops multiplayer

Might work to provide a bit more depth to the multiplayer. Hopefully there's a bit more than just the odd door you can close though (space rockets aside). Although, I can see it being abused a little bit by teammates locking you out only to get slaughtered before you could get safely into a building

@ BenThomasFoster

Not sure if you know, but the whole theatre mode being included to multiplayer initially started as a way of discovering and ironing out glitches and hackers quickly. If you were playing a match, and buttons had glitches, you can send the recording of the match (which includes the play from each players perspective) to Treyarch, and they can see how its done, and work out a fix quickly as possible.

These muppets keep saying they have re-invented the wheel in multiplayer when all the they've done is add colourful spokes.

..how different can an FPS multiplayer based in a warzone get?

if you have any ideas on "revolutionizing" it, please send it to the devs so we can enjoy your creativity.

how about anyone who stays in the same 5 square feet (camps) spontaneously combusts, and claymores are done away with.... ie - stamp out camping instead of encouraging and rewarding people who do it...

headspin:

Camping is not a crime. It's a choice (could be a bad one of course) of strategy, to get kills. (It's better than boosting, those really should go up in flames) And I especially hate the camping haters who send flame mails after a match of Domination, calling names because I'm a noob camper. They are noobrains. Have you ever heard: "All positions locked down, hold your positions!" And the the flag is stating: "Defend".
To do that you need to stay put. Call it camping or what ever... deal with it. Come near my flag pole and I will kill U. :-)

on catch the flag its fairplay as its an unavoidable part of the game, im referring to team deathmatch (as i never played CTF on COD), i dont send messages after games to people either, i just cane them in the game and make a point of doing it to campers which is enjoyable to start with, it gets boring after a while tho because COD is full of them, which is why i'll never be getting another COD game, i have reach anyway to play which is way better and has a better quality of players, it has its campers but not on the scale COD has....

To a certain extent hasn't BFBC2 already been doing this? Can't get much more interactive than bringing a whole building down on someones head. Practically everything you see on the map is destructable or can be changed in some way.

Not complaining tho any improvement is a good thing.
