Mayor signs ethics bills into law

Mayor Stephanie C. Rawlings-Blake introduces new members of the city's ethics board Wednesday. Concerns about the city's ethics law came to light during the investigation and criminal trial on charges of perjury and embezzlement that eventually led to the resignation of former Mayor Sheila Dixon.
