38th Annual GMA Dove Awards -
Gospel Music's Biggest Night!
The 38th Annual GMA Dove Awards were held Wednesday night at the Grand Ole Opry House in
Nashville, Tenn. Among the highlights were (L-R, from the top row): Aaron Shust, who was named Songwriter
and New Artist of the Year and also took home the Dove Award for writing Song of the Year "My Savior My God"
TobyMac and Mandisa, along with Kirk Franklin, opened the show with "Lose My Soul"; Brian Littrell, Natalie
Grant and Donnie McClurkin served as the evening's hosts; Nicole C. Mullen with Bob the Tomato and Larry the
Cucumber from Big Idea's VeggieTales; The Crabb Family and co-hosts Littrell, McClurkin and Grant closed the
show; and Chris Tomlin, who took home a total of six Dove Awards, including Artist and Male Vocalist of the
