With capacity for up to 25,000 people, the arena is one of the largest in the Philippines. Making a mark at Fresh Wharf ⏳🎨 Mace Construct was pleased to join Pegasi Management Company Limited and project partners for the unveiling of 'Chronos', a new public artwork by George Henry Longly at Fresh Wharf, where we are transforming the Thames-side building through a retrofit-first approach. Exploring ideas of time, transformation and renewal, the installation reflects the wider reinvention of this site into a modern workplace and riverside destination, while demonstrating the role art can play in giving places a distinct identity. Building relationships that move our industry forward🤝 Mace Consult’s Private Sector team hosted its first Emerging Talent networking event, bringing together more than 50 people, including 36 professionals from across the industry. The event created space for the next generation of professionals to build relationships, exchange perspectives and grow their confidence in networking, with conversations already continuing beyond the event. Working with heritage requires more than preserving a façade. Existing structures, original materials and architectural details must be carefully understood before decisions are made about what to retain, adapt or upgrade for modern use.
