JOB VACANCY: PRINCIPAL PRODUCT MANAGER, LONDON Attest is rebuilding what consumer research looks like - moving from surveys alone to a connected, AI-native platform spanning surveys, AI-moderated interviews and real-time prediction. We're looking for a Principal Product Manager to help lead that shift. This is a high-stakes, high-visibility role. You'll turn early, unproven ideas into commercially viable B2B products, and take existing propositions further into growth - reporting directly to leadership and shaping where the product goes next. You'll thrive here if you: ✅ Have taken products from concept to customer and can point to real revenue you drove ✅ Have built something from scratch under real constraints, not just managed a system someone else designed ✅ Have spent the last year or two hands-on with LLMs and generative AI-  it's changed how you personally work, not just what your team ships ✅ Don't need the path to be fully clear before you move, and are energised rather than unsettled by that £100k-£135k, equity, hybrid (2 days/week on-site). We've extracted all of the Gen Z-specific data from our latest media consumption research. For a complete run-down of this generation's habits across social, TV, audio, print and search go here 👉 https://lnkd.in/e3Na6D4m Or get the headlines right here... ▶️ Gen Z streams TV for around 2 hours a day, Netflix leads both organic and ad-tier use. ▶️ Most Gen Z multitask while watching TV rather than giving it full attention, primarily by scrolling social media. ▶️ Social video claims around 5 hours a day among viewers, increasingly in long sessions rather than quick clips. ▶️ More than half of Gen Z listen to podcasts daily with clear genre preferences for comedy and true crime. ▶️ The majority spend time reading each day, and physical books still outperform digital ones. ▶️ Search is now split meaningfully between Google and social platforms. ▶️ Gen Z skips ads at the highest rate of any generation, and AI-generated ads are a distinctly bigger turn-off for them. #AttestData #Knowitnow #GenZ #MediaTrends #MediaPlanning

Here's an uncomfortable one from our latest media consumption research: only 12% of Americans and 13% of Brits give TV their full, undivided attention. The rest are on their phone at the same time, most often scrolling social media, and not looking at your ads. It's not the only place brands are paying for attention they're not actually getting. Our new report digs into five mistakes showing up again and again in how ads are planned and bought right now: Creator platforms have already overtaken TV and streaming combined in both the US and UK, yet budgets still often treat them as an afterthought. Non-skippable ads don't guarantee anyone's watching — most people mute or look away anyway. There's a hard ceiling on how many ads people will tolerate before they disengage, and it barely shifts by age or income. And AI-generated ad creative carries a real risk with Gen Z audiences specifically, not just a blanket cost-saving win. None of this means ditch TV or ban AI creative. It means the numbers behind each bet deserve a closer look before the budget follows.
