people being like. prepare to be disappointed by the tapes and i'm like. yeah??? did we ever REALLY think anything exciting would be on them? they are probs bad quality and most likely all we'll see is misha bc jensen wanted to remember misha's performance specifically. the true tapes *EYE* want are the "cut reactions" from dean that jensen has talked about before. i wanna see the take from the trailer with his eyes swimming in tears !!!!!!!! if the tapes show jensen sobbing i will eat my words but i am not expecting to see anything new or revolutionary on them.

to me what makes the tapes insane is not the contents but it's the fact that he asked someone to record THIS MOMENT and also that we now know he periodically rewatches it. like sir you are so unwell (affectionate and same)

ok guys i need you to imagine this with me for a second:

eddie and chris are back from texas. it’s been a few weeks since their return. they’re living in their house with buck. buck has dealt with and accepted with the fact that he’s in love with and living with his straight (lol) best friend. the only person who he’s explicitly told is maddie. but apart from that, he’s taking this to his grave.

buddie are about to go for their usual grocery run together. they’re heading towards the car. buck sees that maddie’s calling him, so he falls behind and waves eddie to go ahead.

buck and maddie have their usual slightly insane buckley sibling small talk, whilst eddie starts up the car. but maddie, being the older sister that she is, needs to ask that question. “are you going to tell eddie that you’re in love with him?”

no response. “hello buck? you there?”

meanwhile buck got cut off from maddie before she even asked the question. he looks down at his phone frowning. but he sees the that it reads connected to [car]’s bluetooth.

he looks up and sees eddie staring at him from the car like: 👁️👄👁️

buck, no idea what secrets have just been spilled, but his favourite guy is staring at him: 😊👋

Oops! It looks like Dean is busy doing human things and has left Cas to pine on his lonesome.

I don't understand how writers could lose track with the desires of the audience as badly as these people did.

I didn't even watch this show for real. I caught glimpses of it when my roommates at the time watched it, and even I wanted this to be endgame.

Are y'all seeing all these protests?
