BLAST Premier announced the 16 teams for the Counter Strike 2 BLAST Open Spring 2025 tournament, selected from top global rankings and regional qualifiers. BLAST Premier has officially announced the 16 teams participating in the upcoming Counter Strike 2 BLAST Open Spring 2025 tournament. Twelve of these teams were picked based on the 12 highest-ranked teams in the Valve Global Ranking, while the remaining 4 teams came from the four regional qualifiers of BLAST Rising Asia, Europe, North America, and South America. This gives the underdogs from other regions an opportunity to compete against the best teams in the world.
BLAST Open Spring 2025 is scheduled to commence on March 19, 2025 with the playoffs to be hosted at the MEO Arena in Lisbon, Portugal. Besides an attractive prize pool, the tournament will also give out Frequent Flyers Tokens, which are essential for future BLAST Tournaments.
