From your Google Store order history, you can manage your orders, returns, and repairs. From here, you can find your order number, check the status of a shipment, track a return, or see when your order should arrive.
Check order status & track your package

Find your order status and tracking number on Google Store
- Go to your Google Store order history.
- Next to the order you want to check, select View or Edit order.
- On the order details page, you will find the current order status and an estimated delivery date.
- Select Track shipment.
Find your tracking number through your email
- Open the email account you used to place your order.
- Search for a shipping confirmation email from Google Store.
- If you have many orders, find the email for the one you want to track.
- Follow the steps in the email to track your package.
Important:
- Some delivery carriers take up to 24 hours to add your tracking information. If your tracking number isn’t on the shipping website, check back in a few hours.
- Estimated delivery dates are approximations. Wait 48 hours after the estimated delivery date to allow for unexpected delays. Then, contact Google Store Support and they will be able to help you.

Get text notifications on your orders
Important:
- If you have multiple shipments in your order, you can expect updates for each shipment.
- It can take up to 24 hours for tracking information to become available.
You can opt in to get notifications on your orders through SMS.
- Once you've placed an order on Google Store, you’ll be redirected to the "Thank you" page.
- In the field under "Get text messages about your delivery," enter your phone number.
- Select Sign up for text alerts.
