We were honoured to host Minister Chan Chun Sing for an insightful and wide-ranging dialogue on July 29. This engaging session was attended by our directors and nearly 200 colleagues, including Group EXCO and senior leaders from the Group. The dialogue spanned a breadth of issues shaping our future - from global trade and workforce transformation to the challenges of technological disruption, AI adoption and cyber threats. Minister Chan's candid insights and thoughtful humour made for a meaningful exchange which we deeply appreciate. It was a timely and thought-provoking conversation that reinforced the importance of continued dialogue between government and industry in navigating shared challenges and shaping the future. #STEngineering

Houston, one of the most congested cities in the U.S., long relied on reversible gates for its High Occupancy Vehicle and High Occupancy Toll lanes to better manage peak-hour traffic flows into and out of the city. But as traffic volumes grew, so did the need for smarter systems. To meet this challenge, TransCore deployed an enhanced version of its Automated Reversible Gate Operations system, powered by its TransSuite® advanced traffic management platform. At ST Engineering, we took it to the streets, trails, and cycling paths around the world. 🚶🏃🚴 Over five weeks, colleagues across continents came together in a different kind of teamwork, walking, running, and cycling as one. We supported and cheered each other on across businesses and time zones, all as part of ST Engineering MOVEment, our annual flagship employee wellness initiative. This wasn’t just about clocking kilometres. It was about moving with purpose – staying active and staying connected across our global team. 🌎 And with every kilometre walked or every 3 kilometres cycled, we also unlocked donations to causes that matter.
