To drive meaningful change for women

Om oss

Hello. We are Lindex. And we believe in doing things together. Because two are more than one and together we can make a greater impact. We exist to drive meaningful change for women. All we do, all we say, we are doing it for her. It really defines who we are and gives us that higher purpose. In the stores, on the screen, when we act and say what we mean. We believe we all have the power to empower. And along the way we have great supporters. We are like a big family here. And just like any family, they make you take the next step. And the next. Because in the fashion industry you can’t sit still. And we like to lead the way. Big words we know. But from big words we grow. We are a growing fashion company, making a difference. And we really think we can make things better. For the women, for the kids, for the future. Therefore, we will never stop our journey in becoming even more sustainable. That is our promise. Today, tomorrow, forever. We are Lindex. We do things together. Want to join our journey?

  • This week in Almedalen has included a range of conversations on important topics and yesterday, we had the opportunity to host two events, together with WaterAid Sverige, focused on menstruation. At our breakfast seminar, our Chief Sustainability Officer Anna-Karin Dahlberg joined political representatives alongside experts across policy, trade and development. Together they talked about how menstrual health connects to equality, education and economic development. A clear takeaway: access to water, sanitation and hygiene is essential, and partnerships are key to progress. In the afternoon, we brought together organisations, companies and decision-makers for a mingle to keep the topic high on the agenda. We also showcased our Female Engineering period underwear, with Ebba Lo, Innovation & Business Manager Female Engineering, sparking strong interest and engagement. During the mingle, we shared the results from our joint fundraising campaign with WaterAid. With Lindex matching every donation, this corresponds to more than 26,000 menstrual health education sessions. This will contribute to enable women and girls can mange their period to safely and with dignity. Thank you to everyone who joined and contributed to driving meaningful change for women! • Yesterday, we hosted a fully booked seminar at Svensk Handel's stage in Almedalen on body ideals, responsibility and change. We brought together Minister for Social Affairs and Public Health Jakob Forssmed, Femina’s Editor in chief Malin Roos and our Brand Director Linda Olsson to discuss how media, retail, tech and policymakers shape women’s wellbeing – not least in a world of algorithm-driven feeds and AI-generated images. At the centre of the discussion, moderated by Maria Mikkonen from Svensk Handel, was the question of responsibility: who has the greatest impact on women’s wellbeing and what role should each actor take? We shared our active work to drive meaningful change for women, including our work with inclusion and our decision not to retouch images – an approach that reflects both responsibility and the role we want to play in the industry. The strong engagement, and long waiting list for the seminar, shows this is an important conversation people truly care about and one we will continue to drive.

  • Periods don’t pause for the mountains, so why should women? Together with Mammut Sports Group AG, our femtech brand Female Engineering, is launching a period panty for women who want to train and explore alpine environments, on any day of their cycle. ‘Our mission is to make everyday life for women better by finding solutions to real needs. We are proud of our collaboration with Mammut, where together we bring our femtech innovation and science into nature and enable period protection designed for movement and adventures in demanding environments – without compromise, so that women can move freely on their own terms,’ says Ebba Lo, our Innovation & Business Manager, Female Engineering. The Mammut × Female Engineering period panty will be available online and in selected Mammut stores from June 16.

  • A new city, another step in our Danish journey! ❤️🤍   This autumn, we’re opening our third store in Denmark, in the heart of Aarhus. It’s another step in strengthening our local presence and connecting with even more Danish customers.   The new store will span 900 sqm across two floors, offering lingerie, kidswear and womenswear where Swedish design combines timeless functionality with a modern, joyful expression, created for everyday needs and a long-lasting wardrobe.   We look forward to welcoming new customers and becoming part of the Aarhus retail community.

  • What if your clothes could share their story? At Lindex, we’re exploring this through a pilot with Digital Product Passports (DPPs), an upcoming EU requirement and an important step towards increased transparency in the fashion industry. As part of the pilot, selected garments, a bra and a baby body, will come with a QR code on the care label, giving access to information about materials, origin and care. While DPP will become a requirement, we’re already using this pilot to go a step further, testing additional functionality such as easier repurchase of favourite products and an activity log that lets you follow a garment’s journey over time. This is part of our ongoing work to explore how increased transparency and accessible product data can support more informed choices and enable future circular solutions.

Teams who show strong ambassadorship, live our values, and deliver outstanding results.   This year’s winners gathered in Gothenburg for a two‑day celebration, including visits to our head office, warehouse and studio. • Today, on Menstrual Hygiene Day, we’re launching an initiative to help break taboos around menstruation and support menstrual health education. Together with our long-term partner WaterAid Sverige, we’re making it easier to get involved and to turn small actions into real change. By donating or sharing the campaign, more people can take part. 14 SEK can fund one lesson on menstrual health and every donation is matched by Lindex. Menstruation affects half the world’s population, yet stigma still limits girls’ education, health and opportunities. Together, small actions can create real change. Read more about the initiative and how you can contribute here: https://lnkd.in/dFBEVkCF

At last night’s Feminista Gala 2026, we had the honour of presenting the Lindex Award. Now in its fourth year, the award recognises a role model who contributes to strengthening and inspiring women. We are proud to present Vanessa Kamga, athlete and entrepreneur, as this year’s recipient. Through both her athletic achievements and her engagement in important societal issues, including body image and mental strength, she reflects the values at the core of Lindex’s higher purpose, to drive meaningful change for women.
