^^^ Real WWII Nazis were given due process after the war. It was called the Nuremberg trials. People weren't just lined up on the street and shot without due process for being Nazis. They were given their day in court and the court decided their fates bc if you take away due process for one group, that can be used to justify taking it away for other or even all groups.
