I switched phones and according to their app it will connect to your subscription. Instead, it charged me a 2nd subscription. Customer service wouldn't do anything about it and said I'd have to reach out to Google. Also, I've had a ton of issues with it not locking apps once my kid has reached her limit. It used to, but now it just lets her keep playing. I'm disappointed because it was so great in the beginning. I'll be keeping an eye out for a new option.

In my opinion, thievery. Never worked properly. the play time was consistently exceeded, and the app disappeared of my child phone after 3 weeks. I complained 3 time thru the app and again thru e-mail. No response. I contacted Google Play for a refund and was denied because the app did not meet their criteria. I've lost money for this year, and I'm not sure I can stop the renewal for next year. Don't waste your money!

I originally got this app because I thought I could control screen time and see the location of my daughter's iPad. Additionally, it would allow my daughter to complete educational assignments and be rewarded with more screen time. This app doesn't work like that. The app will say my daughter has screen time available, but on her iPad it locks all the apps. When I try to unlock her screen time, it won't release the apps for her to play. The location gets locked as well. Don't get this app!!!!!!
