This data is collected by MAG technicians on the main trading days and hours.

• Their relevance in the family basket, both those grown locally and those from other regions, highlighting those with the highest consumer demand.
• Its socioeconomic impact on production, both nationally and locally.
• Its seasonality, encompassing both products available at specific times of the year and those in constant supply throughout the year.
• Its market presence, linked to its quality and quantity, whether of national or international origin.
• Requests made by the network of users of the Public Agricultural Information System (SIPA).
