Splitting Retail from Wholesale
With an existing Shopify store setup to cater largely to wholesale customers, HG Living wanted to start fresh with a new Shopify store to attract and accommodate the retail market.
Product migration
With an existing store already populated with the full product range, HG Living wanted to migrate the existing products into the new store.
Launch in time for a trade show
With an important trade show occurring only a month after initial sign up, timing was of the essence to ensure the new Shopify store was ready and presentable in time of that event.
Updated SEO friendly content
With a second website and a new audience focus, some of the copy on the website would need to be rewritten to target retail customers in an SEO friendly way.
Abandoned cart automations
Shopify can send abandoned checkout emails to customers who have not completed their purchase, but HG Living needed some help setting up the automated emails to offer discounts when carts are initially converted.
