Nowhere near an expert on match but here's how I make a matcha latte (also I've heard the matcha from rossmann is pretty solid, idk where I got mine from tho...) :

I first put the matcha powder through a sieve to prevent clumps, then I add a bit of cold water and then some boiling water so my water is about 70°C warm. I just mix that up with a handheld milk frother, sometimes I already add maple syrup or sugar at that point. Then I'll heat up some milk, froth that up as well, add some maple syrup in there as well and then just add both together. Works for me altho I'm sure it's nowhere near the proper way to make it😂

rossmann ☑️ got it! and honestly the maple syrup could be a game changer bc every matcha i’ve had so far just tasted like grass so this .. this might be the way to go for me - i’m so excited to give it a try once i have a kitchen again (don’t ask)
