I don’t have a direct recommendation for a base psd, because I color every gif individually… My coloring is pretty simple though. I try to keep the colors of the gifs as natural as possible that’s why I only use like 3-5 adj. layers. I always start with curves to brighten the gifs, next thing is selective colors for stabilizing the colors (for example removing the yellow skin…ugh). I use vibrance to enhance the saturation and selective colors again if some colors are too promiment. That’s it.
