You're posting, but views aren't turning into clients. Usually that's not a content problem. It's that interested buyers and sellers don't have a clear next step. With so many moving parts to manage, centralizing your entire portfolio in one place means you can share listings and close deals from one simple link. From securing bookings to collecting contact details, here's how to set up your link in bio page for real estate agents in minutes and turn viewers into leads.

What does Linktree do for a real estate agent?

Linktree is a growth platform where real estate agents showcase their listings, recent sales, house tours, social profiles and booking links. Agents use it to create one destination where prospective buyers, sellers or other agents can learn more and become clients. A contact form captures their details, and a digital business card shares their Linktree at showings and open houses.

How to set up your Linktree

Ready to swap text-only links for your Linktree? Getting started on Linktree only takes a few minutes, giving you a centralized place to drive leads, promote your listings, and secure bookings with buyers and sellers.

Step 1. Claim your unique Linktree URL

The first step to building your Linktree is to sign up for an account. Enter your email address, follow the prompts, and claim your unique Linktree URL.

Step 2. Customize your Linktree

Make your Linktree your own by customizing your fonts, background styles, and button shapes to match your brand identity. Use a real estate agent template to streamline your setup: in one click, you’ll have a professional, eye-catching page ready to tweak and adjust to suit your branding.

Step 3. Add a professional photo or logo

Humanize your Linktree with your latest headshot or your logo to build instant brand recognition. Toggle between Linktree’s Classic and Hero designs to personalize your layout.

Step 4. Add your key links

Linktree lets you choose how to spotlight your listings, property tours, contact forms, and more. Use a collection block to group your latest listings, showcase glowing 5-star reviews, and embed YouTube videos so visitors can watch property tours directly in your Linktree.

How to turn profile visitors into real bookings

If you’re generating real estate leads, you need somewhere to send, capture, and convert them. A Linktree gives that interest somewhere to go, so it turns into appointments and inquiries. Here’s how.

Offer listing bookings and consultations

Tired of playing phone tag with potential buyers and sellers? Let visitors book a time directly from your Linktree with an intuitive calendar interface that lets leads secure a listing booking or initial consultation at times you’re available.

Here’s how to set up Bookings in Linktree:

  1. In your Linktree Admin, go to the Links page under My Linktree.
  2. Select the + Add button.
  3. In the search bar, type Bookings, then select Add.
  4. Connect your Google Calendar if prompted.
  5. Choose a meeting location/conferencing tool. Select Continue.
  6. Set your availability and buffer times, then select Continue.
  7. Enter a Booking name and Description.
  8. Add or edit the booking types (e.g. free intro call, 1-hour session). Select Continue.
  9. Choose the customer information you want to collect:
    • Name and Email are required.
    • Select + Add field to request additional info.
  10. Set your Cancellation policy to outline how you'll manage cancellations.
  11. Review your Support email. This defaults to your Linktree account email. Select Edit to update it.
  12. Select Complete.

For realtors, creating separate booking types for different leads helps you to easily understand why someone is booking time with you. In practice, that might mean creating one booking type for sellers (offering a free 20-minute listing consult) and another for buyer intro calls.

Toggle on features like buffers (so back-to-back meetings don’t collide) and minimum notice settings (so nobody surprises you with a last-minute meeting). Times show in the visitor’s local time, which helps out-of-state owners and buyers moving from different time zones.

Create a contact form

Want to figure out who’s a serious lead and who’s likely to waste your time? Creating a contact form allows you to understand whether leads are buying or selling, what neighborhood they’re interested in, and their timeframe for making a move.

Collecting these handy details upfront gives you the intel to effectively prioritize who’s worth calling back first. A seller who says "listing in the next month" should get the first call.

To add a Contact Form to your Linktree:

  1. In My Linktree, go to the Links page and select the + Add button.
  2. Search for Contact Form and select Add.
  3. Add a Title for your link.
  4. Choose Blank Form or start with a template.
  5. Select Add question to customize your form fields.
  6. Select Save after each question and once you're done.
  7. Select Done to publish your form to your Linktree.

Add a branded contact form to collect leads and keep new inquiries in one place. Visitors fill out and submit the whole form without leaving your Linktree. Depending on your plan, every lead can then flow straight into Mailchimp, Kit or Klaviyo, so follow-up is easy.

Turn Instagram comments into leads with Instagram auto-reply

Want to turn your followers into leads and subscribers? Try Instagram Auto-Reply.

Here's how it works. You pick a keyword, like "Consult" or "Open House", and ask followers to comment it on your post. Linktree then sends them a DM with a link, so you can point them to your contact form or your booking link. They get an instant reply, and you get an inquiry with their details attached.

A few ways agents can use it:

  • New listing post: "Comment NEW for the details."
  • Open house reminder: "Comment OPEN HOUSE for open times."
  • Seller-focused post: "Comment CONSULT to book a free listing chat."

You can see how each auto-reply is doing on the same tab where you set it up, including how many messages were sent and how many clicks they got. Keep in mind that your Instagram account needs to be a public Business or Creator account to use this feature.

Display a QR code at open houses

Looking for an easy way to bring offline audiences online? Turn every open house into a chance to grow your database by learning how to make a QR code. Put a custom QR code on your signs and brochures, and every visitor can scan it to reach your Linktree.

Visitors get immediate access to all your latest listings, not just the house they’re viewing, to boost interest in your entire portfolio. Plus, they can easily browse your recent sales, read glowing reviews, watch your latest YouTube video tours, and explore your social profiles.

To create a QR code for your Linktree:

  1. Go to the Links page under My Linktree, select the Share button.
  2. Select My Linktree QR code from the options.
  3. Select Customize.
  4. Choose a color from the color picker, or enter a HEX code.
  5. To remove the Linktree logo, turn on the toggle next to Hide the Linktree logo.
  6. Select Add your own logo to include your own image in the QR code.

Your QR code always points to your Linktree URL, so one code works on every flyer, sign and brochure. Update your listings on your Linktree and the code never needs reprinting.

Pro tip

Swap printed open house sign-in sheets for a digital QR code that allows visitors to scan and share their contact details directly from their phone (no app download required). Put it on a sign near the front door or inside the property in the kitchen near the home’s brochures.

Use a digital business card

Want to easily hand over your contact details without printing new business cards? Digital business cards mean one less thing to worry about bringing to open houses. As a busy realtor, you can store your contact details in your phone's wallet, so visitors can scan the QR code and land on your Linktree without downloading an app.

To create a Linktree digital card:

  1. Head to Business cards in your Linktree Admin and select the Digital card tab.
  2. Preview your card.
  3. Choose a background color.
  4. Select Add to Apple Wallet or Add to Google Wallet.

Digital cards skip the hassle, wasted time, and high costs of reprinting cards when your details change. Plus, you can do more than simply send visitors to your Linktree with handy features like:

  • Save contact allows scanners to quickly save your details to their phone in just a few taps (once you’ve added a Contact details Link app).
  • Share details sends you the scanner's name, phone number, and email (once you've turned on Let visitors subscribe).

Pro tip

Want all the benefits of Linktree’s digital card in physical form? If you’re based in the US (excluding Alaska and Hawaii), you can order a physical business card that points to your Linktree. The Classic card works by scan or tap (NFC), and the Metal card by scan only. This single card can live in your wallet, and you can easily customize what it points to by heading to the Physical card tab in your Linktree Admin.

Group active listings together

Want to ensure visitors see your current inventory first? By grouping this weekend’s open houses into one collection at the top of your Linktree, you can draw attention to your most important listings. As properties sell or change status, you can easily adjust the collection to match.

To create a collection showcasing your active listings:

  1. In My Linktree, go to the Links page and select the Add Collection button located below + Add link.
  2. Give your Collection a Title.
  3. Drag and drop links into your Collection.
  4. Choose a Layout: Stack, Grid, Carousel, or Showcase.
  5. Rearrange links as needed within the Collection.
  6. To ungroup, select the three dots and select Ungroup.

Collections make your Linktree easier to navigate and visually draw attention to your most important links. Use the Grid or Carousel view so visitors can swipe and select the property listings that catch their attention.

What a realtor’s Linktree should include

The best real estate Linktrees are short, curated, and easy to digest. Here are the top links to add to your page:

  • Your current listings: Group them at the top so buyers see what's for sale first.
  • A way to reach you: A booking link or contact form means sellers and buyers can get in touch without hunting for your number.
  • Proof you get results: Recent sales, 5-star reviews, or a YouTube property tour show people what working with you looks like.
  • A face and a name: A professional headshot or logo tells visitors who they're dealing with.

Getting your Linktree seen

Your Linktree only works if people can find it. You don't need a big promo budget or marketing plan, just your link in the places buyers and sellers already find you.

  • Use the same URL in every social bio: Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube should all point to it, so one tap gets people to your listings and booking link, wherever they land.
  • List your social profiles on your Linktree: Someone who finds you on Instagram can follow you on TikTok, and vice versa.
  • Add it to your email signature and website: Every message you send becomes another way in.

Your Linktree sits alongside the rest of your real estate marketing tools, so think of it as the one link that ties them together.

Your next step: build your agent Linktree

Linktree lets realtors turn profile visitors into leads you can follow up with confidence. Create a custom QR code or digital business card that drives every visitor to your Linktree and let sellers book a listing appointment with you. Claim your custom URL, use a template to get started, and customize your Linktree to showcase your most important listings, reviews, and results.
