The Biltmore Property Intelligence Suite™ is the Bloomberg Terminal for the $1.1T Phoenix Metropolitan commercial market. This ecosystem is composed of CRE OnSite™, the premier mobile operating system for the "Deal Hunter," and DealSignal™, the proprietary intelligence engine that powers it. CRE OnSite™ serves as the distribution layer—a high-performance map and dashboard where brokers manage field workflows, log "Ground Truth" observations, and track off-market pipelines. At the core is DealSignal™, the analytical "brain" scanning 71,500 parcels to identify high-probability opportunities. By applying a signal-based scoring layer to raw data and integrating crowdsourced field intelligence—vacancy, tenant movement, and site conditions—DealSignal™ transforms static records into actionable "Daily Deals". While CRE OnSite™ answers, "What do I do today?", DealSignal™ provides the predictive insight to answer, "What matters?".
