And for those people who have access to mobility devices but might benefit from a second chair they can abuse without risking expensive damage…
Erik Kondo has made a website, Open Source Innovations, that details plans for DIY wheelchairs. These wheelchairs can be made from common materials like wood, plastic, and pvc. They are lightweight and can be custom fit to the user allowing from the same degree of movement you would get from a custom chair. And they are durable and easily repairable. (he has been stress testing his latest design by dropping it down stairs, dropping it out of a car, launching it across a driveway, and throwing it off a deck). Its 12lbs and I think he said its was in the $200 ish range for parts.
He also is working on cheap, open source, accessible designs for beach chairs, off road chairs, motorized attachments (think smart drive), and so on. Plus he skateboards in his wheelchair. Cool dude, helpful info, pass it on.
It's incredibly sad people have to resort to this, but it's a damn good resource. Use it. Spread awareness. Maybe one day people with physical disabilities won't need DIYs like this. But until then, reblog and share.

had a dream that jimmy solidarity decided to prove he wasn't autistic on stream by taking a lot of autism diagnosis tests online and he got at least a 90% chance on all of them. at one point joel joined the call and sat in silence for a bit as jimmy practically sobbed as he got another 97% chance. grian was apparently harassing him about something through discord the whole time too. it ended with jimmy crying genuine tears and his girlfriend coming in to comfort him.
i woke up and fell back asleep and had a dream that there was a guess the build video released a week or so later and the whole time grian kept cracking jokes and at some point impulse was like "don't be a jerk about autistic people, grian" and grian just went "I COLOR CODE MY SOCKS, IMPULSE"

how do you use these?
Put these on the top layer above everything, set layer to 'overlay' then adjust opacity. You can put it on whatever opacity you want but usually 30%+ is most effective.
The point is to obstruct the picture so AI can't read your image because AI counts every single pixel in your art

i dont consider myself a 'fashion guru' by any means but one thing i will say is guys you dont need to know the specific brand an item you like is - you need to know what the item is called. very rarely does a brand matter, but knowing that pair of pants is called 'cargo' vs 'boot cut' or the names of dress styles is going to help you find clothes you like WAAAYYYY faster than brand shopping
this also goes for aesthetic or -core titles. 'y2k tank top' is going to get you resellers and fast fashion brands advertising to people looking to meet a current trend. 'thin strap crop tank top' is going to get you a diverse group of results and not upcharge you to hell and back
additionally, shop second hand when you can, second hand and thrift sites typically organize clothes by the cut and color. theyll be more affordable than a depop seller curating you a style to sell you

if we're pitching our own minecraft movie ideas heres mine:
keep it an isekai, make it animated, the main characters are siblings of different age groups (youngest hasnt played the game because her brother tells her videogames are for boys, middle kid is a bratty 13 year old obsessed with roblox and minecraft and fortnite, oldest kid is teen/college age and thinks minecraft is a lame game for babies)
start with all the obvious minecraft stuff, reacting to floating trees, trying to go in a cave and getting scared off by a creeper, etc. they find their way out onto an online server, play minigames and meet mcyt cameos and players with specific niches. throw in a 2b2t reference, make a mob vote joke, whatever. at some point it turns out that the oldest kid actually does have a history with minecraft and just didnt want to admit it because she grew out of it and theres a bonding moment.
they run into another player who yes fine can be voiced by jack black and hes like. a dude who was also isekai'd into minecraft years ago but lost his way out. he thinks if the kids beat the ender dragon they'll be allowed back into the real world so they assemble a team and convince them they wanna beat the game because their little sister has never done it before.
yada yada the rest of the movie is just the normal progression of beating minecraft. eventually its whittled down to just the kids and jack blacks character. he sacrifices himself to give the kids a chance, they land the final hit, they wake up in the real world. epilogue is the older two kids introducing their little sister to gaming.
idk i just think you could make a movie thats 80% references to minecraft community jokes and 20% a story about a videogame bridging generations and it'd be fun. its a simple formula.
