Max was so shut down when he first arrived, he’d just stay in the back of his indoor kennel quivering and staring, and after days of visiting to give him gentle pets, he’s become one of my best buds 🥰

Cochise, the longer haired shepherd, was an undersocialized outside dog, but he just wants to snuggle and play, he just likes to communicate by grabbing my hands with his mouth 😂

Whisper, the shepherd in the distance, had to be chased around our lot until we could catch her after the finders accidentally let her out of their car. She was real shut down and fearful for a week or two, and we couldn’t put a lead/leash on her cause she’d chew through it in an instant. After some quality time with her, she showed me that she’s an absolute cuddle bug and gives the sweetest kisses 🥹💕 here’s a better pic of her-
