how do you use these?

Put these on the top layer above everything, set layer to 'overlay' then adjust opacity. You can put it on whatever opacity you want but usually 30%+ is most effective.

The point is to obstruct the picture so AI can't read your image because AI counts every single pixel in your art

My brother's family are staying at my place for easter so I have to remember what normal people eat and have civilised food before they get here.

Okay, I don’t know if this is something that will work for everyone, or I’m just neurodivergent, but I was getting my grocery list ready, and I want to show you all how I prep my grocery lists… (and keep track of keeping my home clean.)

Now I should preface that, ironically, I was inspired by a grocery store’s bathroom cleaning chart and just worked on the design.

So I used a fun chore notepad paper as a base, but you can use whatever you are comfortable with. I keep this in a dry erase sleeve for ease of access.

So I initially wrote down everything I had in the apartment, or things I used the most, and left room for last minute entries. Then when one of those things run out, or I notice it getting low, I circle it. I only erase it once I’ve written it down/selected it on my current-I’m-walking-out-the-door-with-this grocery list. This has helped so much with my grocery shopping.

And a side note, I did something similar with my chore list. (When I remember to write down the dates, oops,) but I keep this on my fridge so I will be like “Oop, haven’t done this in a while, I should get on that.” It’s not a perfect system, but it has helped sooooo much with my ADHD.
Note my laundry system on this list.
