Depends on how delicate the fabric actually is and how gentle your machine can be. Definitely a risk especially with cashmere 🫣 but i’ve cold machine washed + hang dried silk shirts before no problem

I dont think i possibly could have resisted the urge to get many weird tattoos between age 19 and 22. I was not strong enough to face art school with untatted skin and i have the mismatched, poorly placed moths and flowers and blobby shapes to show for it 🖤
