Starting discourse about whether writing porn about Socrates counts as RPF.
Alright, you got me with this one. Now I need to know.
<explaining the joke>It’s a reference to the Socratic problem. It was once popularity claimed, based on a paucity of biographic evidence, that Socrates never actually existed, being a literary character invented by Plato for his dialogues and later taken up by Xenophon and other writers. This view is now widely discredited, but it’s fun to annoy classics majors by bringing it up.</explaining the joke>
generative AI literally makes me feel like a boomer. people start talking about how it can be good to help you brainstorm ideas and i’m like oh you’re letting a computer do the hard work and thinking for you???
*stumbles out of a car crash all giggly and flirty and blushing as i apologize*
*staggers away covered in blood and shellshocked after bumping into someone on the sidewalk*
I know a bunch of people are into this as a kink thing, but as a person who is really into survivalism, this is so cool.
Strap them on like backpack
writers take note if you have a scene where a character needs to move someone
This time let’s circle back to equity later and focus on some basics! What’s up with TAILS?

“oh no, my friend just fell!! I must go immediately beat the shit out of him”
depiction isn’t endorsement but not all depictions have the same merit
the more sensitive a subject is the harsher the criticism will be if you fuck it up. that’s how this works
@eternal-fractal 🙏🙏🙏🥺
I kindly ask you to post our story and encourage your friends to do the same. My family and I are holding on to hope, waiting for someone to hear our pain. We are overwhelmed with grief, and your support could be the light we so desperately need in this dark time.

Clean Water for the DRC
Current progress: $80/$3,500 CAD
M23’s latest attack on Goma has worsened an already dire water crisis in the DRC. The UN announced in a recent report that water and electricity have been cut off in Goma, forcing people to rely on unsafe water sources. The lack of clean water and proper sanitation has increased the risk of disease outbreaks, leaving communities vulnerable.
Please help protect the right to clean water for the DRC by supporting Melodie Ntumba’s campaign. The funds will help provide safe drinking water for families and support projects for water filtration systems.
$6,738/7,500 CAD
Only $5 raised in the last 6 days
No change has made. Please donate and share so families in Goma can have access to clean drinking water. You can match me. I have given $10, but you’re more than welcome to give any amount! [Make sure to double check your currency! $10 USD = $14 CAD!]
