Brian Heder is one of the main characters in Grand Theft Auto VI and an experienced drug runner from the golden age of smuggling. He was revealed in the second trailer of Grand Theft Auto VI and is likely voiced by acclaimed actor Stephen Root.
Brian Heder is the owner of Brian’s Boat Works & Marina, a boatyard that serves as a front for his drug-running operation, where he moves product with the help of Jason Duval, Cal Hampton, and his third wife, Lori.
As a veteran of the trade, he delegates the dirty work to his employees. Instead, Brian lies low by maintaining the appearance of just another Leonida beach bum. He’s seen driving a silver Vapid Caracara 4×4 in the second trailer.
He lets Jason Duval live at one of his properties rent-free in the Leonida Keys in exchange for collecting payments through local shakedowns and moving product.
Based on the trailers, they appear to have a cordial relationship, and Jason stops by for Lori’s sangria once in a while.
I hauled so much grass in that plane, I could make the state of Leonida levitate.
