The Webb Gala is an exclusive event that requires attendees to have a Gala Invitation to enter in 007 First Light. Since James only entered the Webb Gala in pursuit of the assassin, he doesn't have a formal invitation for the event. Since an invitation is required, James will either have to use his spycraft to get past the guards or find a Gala invitation. This guide will focus on the latter approach and help players get a Gala invitation to get past the guards.
007 First Light: How to Get Upstairs Using Press Room Backstage Door (Behind the Scenes)
Behind the Scenes is a challenge in 007 First Light that requires players to get upstairs using the Press Room backstage door, here's how to do it.
How to Get a Gala Invitation in 007 First Light
After successfully entering the Webb Gala during 007 First Light's 'Uninvited' chapter, James will be stopped by guards at the entrance who'll require him to present his Gala Invitation. To get past the guards, you'll need to secure a Gala Invitation, which is going to be easy if you know where to look for it.
There are several guests walking around the entrance lobby who are carrying the Gala Invitation in 007 First Light. To see which of the guests has a Gala Invitation, simply use the Q-Lens ability, and the invitation will glow golden on their person. If you want to snag an invitation, you'll need to pickpocket it.
Pickpocketing is simple if you have either the "Dart Phone" or "Laser Strap" gadgets equipped. Simply pick one of the guests carrying a Gala Invitation, and use either of the aforementioned gadgets to daze the guest. Once the guest is confused or dazed, you can go ahead and pickpocket the invitation.
Before you go past the guards and enter the main hall, make sure to grab one of the collectible playing cards, 8 of Acorns, in the area. The card can be found on a bench to the right of the guards, right next to three NPCs having a chat.
Now that you have a Gala Invitation in 007 First Light, go past the guards, and James will be able to enter the main event. Now you can continue investigating the assassin and continue the story.
