i live in a town that is by majority black. i visit atlanta almost weekly and i see a rich community built from so many identities in culture. every fucking day i see and i talk to the people you guys are leaving behind when you say βfuck the south!β and i see that your activism really isnβt for everyone
all i am saying is one time i walked out of the high museum of art to see a hijabi woman explaining to a group of strangers how to eat the fruit growing on the tree outside the building. it was unfamiliar enough that i couldnβt identify it. it was a group of a handful of people, an older asian mother and her teenager translating for her, a white man with a trans pin on his pack and pink hair, a pair of latino friends, a black father and his young son. i think, itβs been a few years. and the lady explaining it to the group saw the little kid struggling to get his nails under the peel so she crouched down and showed him her trick to getting it off & every time someone makes the grand, sweeping statement of βfuck the south!β i think of this group of strangers who came together to eat fruit off of a tree in front of the high and i think they are so kind. i think, βthis is who you are leaving behind.β i think that you guys are letting the hatred overpower love
btw, if you consider yourselves as a median system with not much distinction, i love u if your headmates arenβt distinct and are mostly more like emotional states, i love u if you all consider your headmates to be mostly or entirely one dimensional, i love u
your way of experiencing and presenting plurality is good the way it is, thereβs no need to be more separate if thatβs not what you wish !
