Our values
Foundations that unite us and drive our work
We’re a queer-owned, feminist digital agency that knows just how powerful technology can be in the right hands. We choose to use this power for the greater good by partnering with those who are working towards equity, justice, and collective liberation. All while embodying genuine solidarity and fostering real human connection, we increase the impact of voices and initiatives fighting the good fight, online and beyond.

Principled
we work with integrity and prioritize working with organizations that share our values
Inclusive & Equitable
we welcome diverse voices and look for ways to ensure that our work removes barriers for the communities it serves (or at least doesn’t add new ones)
Strategic
we make decisions intentionally, aligning them with data, project goals, client values, and audience needs
Collaborative
it’s in our name! we work together, supporting each other while being respectful of each other’s areas of expertise
Candid with a big heart
we’re dedicated to your cause and take responsibility for guiding your project to success so we’ll always let you know if decisions or requests are going counter to project goals, values, or ethics, rather than just saying “yes”
Open-minded & Inquisitive
we will always listen and ask the right questions to make sure that your concerns and needs are fully addressed
Accessible & Approachable
we’re a friendly bunch who take our work seriously but won’t ask you to learn a whole new language of tech jargon terms

Hi there,
I’m Sasha Endoh, the founder and principal of Endoh Collaborative. When you work with us, you can expect to work closely with my brilliant colleagues and me.
I’ll be there to make sure that every detail of your project is documented, explored, and addressed. That you know exactly why we’re making every decision and what to expect next. And, of course, that your projects work and look great through my hands-on work as a content strategist, UX/UI designer, and branding designer.
One of my top strengths is making sense out of chaos. This comes in quite handy when working with a range of requirements, stakeholders, points of view, and strategic goals. In short, when working with nonprofit clients.
If you want to work with a team that will be deeply engaged with your project and organization and not treat it as just a way to pay the bills. Who will be your co-conspirators not only while we work together but also well after your project’s launch. Then we’re the team for you.
An important component of our website and brand redesign was Endoh Collaborative’s stakeholder engagement approach. This included interviewing key stakeholders, users and potential users along with user testing along the way. We were able to make informed decisions because we had the data we needed about what users (and potential users) needed and wanted from our site.
