Hi all! I don’t know why I want to do this beyond living up to my legacy and my profile picture, but I’ve decided to chronicle my strange milk tasting adventures.
Today I’m trying this because I’d never seen it before.
Upon opening and before shaking its texture looks dubious.
But upon shaking and pouring the drink mostly homogenizes, this is a good sign.
- The froth upon shaking is minor, comparable to whole milk but less than some other plant milks. This is good.
- The flavor is *notably sunflower* similar to how coconut milk is so very coconut. This may make it not for everyone but I enjoy it. It is assisted by the sweetness of the added sugar.
- There is no notable aftertaste, this makes it pair well with food. Today I’m having it with spicy shredded green papaya with a garlic chili sauce.
