sampo and aha, aaaand another theory i remembered, that has absolutely nothing to do with this drawing, is the one that says aha's form(the human one they took on the astral express) looks like sampo, so thats why sampo doesn't go inside the express, because pom pom would recognize him or something (i don't know if sampo actually entered the express already and that theory is old)

Anyways, IF he didn't enter already, it would make a lot of sense to why in the flashback of pompom saying that aha is the worst trailblazer or something(im going off of memory here bear with me pls) they didn't say the name of them or show the face

I saw this theory on tumblir anyways, if it doesn't make sense blame the poster not me(totally not my fault for explaining everything wrong)

I saw someone's post saying that maybe sampo's face IS the mask, based off his combat lines, telling the enemy to "watch the face" the pose he stays at when he dies in combat and that hanabi light cone of him asking where his mask is, and sparkle saying, its on your face, like that is his real face and not a mask or something

people tend to say itto and sampo would be best friends but like, i think it would either be one of these -

1: sampo sees how dumb itto is and scams him.

2: sampo sees how dumb itto is, scams him, but notices that hes a very honest guy with his own feelings, sampo finds that amusing, so he's nice to him.

3: they literally have no contact at all because sampo can't take him seriously.

itto would think that sampo is weird in some way, and even if he's not the sharpest tool in the shed, he would try to keep distance from him out of instinct

i hope sampo is actually just an object created that gained sentience or something, that would be so cool

something that's been bothering me for a while about this scene is the fact that like, it isn't "sampo's" pupils that are glowing, nor is it the eyes, its like the inside of those two lines in his eyes??? im so confused, why wouldn't it be his pupils or eyes like other characters, it looks cool as hell but like, why does it have a blank space?? just the weird diamond shape
