The Adecco Group, parent company of LHH, has named Britta Kroupa, SHRM-SCP to lead LHH Recruitment Solutions North America, succeeding Nicole Gable. Laura Schroeder expands her role to Head of Commercial Operations, North America, reporting to Kroupa. Britta joined the Adecco Group in June 2025 to lead HR for the Adecco Group in the Americas. Before that, she spent over two decades in commercial and human resources leadership roles at large, global organizations, working on the client side of talent solutions. She now leads LHH Recruitment Solutions North America, and continues to lead Adecco Canada alongside this new role. The appointment comes as demand for specialized recruiting expertise intensifies across North America. LHH Recruitment Solutions North America runs dedicated practices in Accounting & Finance, Legal, Technology, Human Resources, Supply Chain, Engineering, Marketing and Executive Search. Laura will lead commercial operations and drive the growth strategy across professional permanent recruitment, staffing and executive solutions. She brings deep operational knowledge and a strong record of delivering results. The Recruitment Solutions business earned a Leader and Star Performer ranking in Everest Group's 2026 PEAK Matrix for U.S. Contingent Talent and Strategic Solutions, its fourth consecutive year as a Leader. Terminó siendo una mañana más reflexiva de lo que uno esperaría a esa hora. Career reinvention is paying off. So why are so many professionals feeling exhausted? The traditional narrative suggests that adaptability leads to opportunity.
