This morning, ITT Inc. released its second quarter 2026 financial results and raised its full year outlook. Today ITT Inc. completed the acquisition of Aerospace Contacts LLC, a recognized manufacturer of critical, high-reliability precision contacts used in connectors for the aerospace and defense market and a long-standing supplier of ITT Cannon. “Aerospace Contacts reflects our ongoing commitment to executing strategic acquisitions that strengthen ITT’s businesses and overall portfolio. We are pleased to welcome Aerospace Contacts to ITT. Today, we honor Juneteenth in the United States, a day of reflection and celebration that reminds us of the power of resilience, community, and continued progress. Earlier this week, our BOLD employee resource group partnered with the National Museum of African American History and Culture to host an informative session exploring the history and importance of Juneteenth, as well as the ways it is celebrated today. The discussion deepened our understanding of how this moment shaped our history, while inspiring meaningful reflection among our ITTers. Today, we honor Memorial Day in the United States, in remembrance of the military service members who gave their lives in service to our country. This day provides a solemn opportunity to pause, honor those who made the ultimate sacrifice, and reflect on the lasting impact it continues to have on families, communities, and colleagues. This year, our Veterans Resource Group recognized Memorial Day locally by displaying Missing Man Tables across several U.S. sites. Rooted in military tradition, each table includes symbolic elements representing the soldiers who did not come home.
