This 50% expansion will scale the most senior tier of our global AI engineering and science organization, helping more of our clients moe AI from pilot to production. Our FDEs work directly within client environments, behind the firewall, and alongside client teams. There is no handoff between the people who design a solution and those who build it. They are accountable for outcomes from the start. That model has produced an 80% proof of concept to production conversion rate, compared with an industry average below 20%. A decade later, that became a billion dollar business and a run of Adobe Global Partner of the Year awards. But it was never really about the technology. It was about people who showed up, learned fast, and decided to build something real instead of waiting for someone to hand it to them. I got to lead some of the best of them. I'm prouder of that than any award on a shelf. To Accenture: thank you. For the trust to build something truly great, and the runway to keep building it for over a decade. I learned what it takes to create a world class tech delivery team at the best consultancy in the world, and I'm bringing every bit of that with me. Which brings me to what's next. I've joined PwC as a Managing Director in the Customer & Commercial Excellence (CX) group, leading our Adobe Capability. The mission: grow PwC's Adobe footprint and hyperscale our Adobe offerings.
