77% of manufacturing IT teams spend over a fifth of their time on repetitive, low-value work. Then a line goes down, and that same queue somehow has to surface it instantly. It usually doesn't. An operator flags a supervisor, who calls IT, and the ticket lands behind whatever came in first. Fix: routing that flags urgency the moment it's reported, and a live map of what's connected to what. At CYBEX, AI now catches issues around the clock and resolves 93% without ever escalating to a person. https://lnkd.in/dHMVUhQ6

Day 1 at GMIS International = a success! 🙌 One of my favorite parts of the day was the Vendor Speed Dating session, where I had the opportunity to give my SysAid elevator pitch to more than half of the attendees at the conference. Fast-paced? Definitely. 😅 But such a fun way to connect with people working in government IT across counties, municipalities, cities, and other public sector organizations, learn about what their teams are working through, and start conversations that I hope turn into lasting relationships for years to come. And a special shoutout to my colleague Joshua Slaunwhite for joining me at GMIS and representing SysAid together! 🙌 Always more fun having a great teammate by your side. Looking forward to continuing the conversations throughout today at Booth 30! #GMIS2026 #SysAid #ITSM #LocalGovernment #GovTech

We're bringing the summer vibe to GMIS International this year. Come cool off at Booth 30 through Tuesday. Then stick around for Wednesday morning: Clifford DuPuy, EdS sits down with SysAid's Klaudia Sawa at 11:35am. 600 employees, 27 departments, 911 dispatch, a team of 12. No extra headcount, no blank check, just a governance framework that landed a 7.8x ROI and board sign-off in the same breath. Find us at Booth 30. #GMIS2026

Only 9.9% of IT teams have full visibility into their software estate. The other 90% are managing what they can't see. 47% call that a security risk. You can't patch what's not in your inventory. Shadow IT isn't a rogue app anymore, it's an AI tool holding an OAuth token in your M365 tenant that nobody reviewed. Three free moves this week: check your SSO app list, OAuth grants, and SaaS expenses. Compare them. That gap is your shadow estate. Learn more: https://lnkd.in/dHVqdqkN

Building a partner-first organization isn't a slogan. It's a decision about who shows up in the room, and why. Do your reps compete with partners for the same accounts, or work the account with them? Do partners get a login and a PDF, or your team standing beside them in front of a customer? We built our program around the second answer. The other week, our AE Oliver Harkin and Solutions Engineer Jessica Collum did exactly that. They presented live to a partner's customer ahead of go-live. No deck standing in for the real thing. That's what partner-first actually costs: showing up, every time, not just saying it. #PartnerFirst

"Are we using AI enough?" Wrong question for 2026. The right one: is your AI resolving tickets, or just responding to them? Most AI in IT service management still just talks, surfaces an article, suggests a next step. That's not nothing. But it's not the same as a ticket closing without a human touching it. Only 13% of IT orgs have crossed that line, and the gap they're opening isn't small. The other 87% aren't behind because they're small or under-resourced. They're behind because they haven't built the maturity to hand AI the wheel yet. That's a sequence, not a shortcut. Where's your team on that path? https://lnkd.in/eFVWgsGU

A machine operator flags a broken scanner to a supervisor mid-shift. No ticket. No record. No fix. 32% of manufacturers still handle IT this way: walk-ins, no system, no data. That's not a training gap. It's a design gap. Your ticketing tool was built for someone sitting at a desk. Your shop floor doesn't sit still. Every unlogged issue is an untracked cost. See how SysAid gives the floor a way in: https://lnkd.in/envhqdHB

Your CMDB says one thing. The ticket says another. Which one do you trust? That gap is why service desks spend half their time chasing asset data instead of resolving tickets. We're teaming up with Lansweeper on September 15 to show what happens when it closes: automated discovery feeding straight into AI that acts on tickets instead of just logging them. A 12-person IT team supporting 600 county employees across 27 departments, including 911 dispatch, doesn't have time for AI theater. So when Grand Traverse County, Michigan built an AI governance framework, they built it to survive board scrutiny and deliver results: a 7.8x ROI. Cliff DuPuy is telling that story at GMIS on Wednesday, August 26, alongside SysAid's Klaudia Sawa. If you're in county or state government IT and figuring out where AI actually fits, this is worth 45 minutes. Find us at Booth 30 at the show. #GMIS2026 GMIS International
