In September, lululemon recognizes Inclusion Month as an opportunity to deepen our commitment to inclusion and strengthen our connections. Throughout the month, employees can access resources, events, and conversations designed to turn inclusion from a value into everyday action. That includes: • Two-way listening forums that create space for employees to share, learn, and be heard • Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Action (IDEA) toolkits with practical ways to put inclusion into practice • Inclusive and Equitable Design programs to help consider more perspectives in how we work • People Networks (ERGs) that foster connection, community, and belonging • Our Women Of program, dedicated to empowering women and creating opportunities for connection and growth across the company We believe that belonging is something we build together, through the choices we make, the perspectives we seek out, and the way we show up for one another every day. Learn more about our IDEA mission here: https://lnkd.in/grgNfPWm and join us in creating more inclusive spaces this month.

We recently opened our first flagship in Japan, in the heart of Harajuku. Our largest store in the APAC region, the multi-level space brings our evolved store design expression to life. It introduces in-store personalization in Japan for the first time, allowing guests to customize select items including the Everywhere Belt Bag and Back to Life Sport Bottle, and creates a year-round space for community—from local run clubs and yoga experiences to opportunities to connect with local and international visitors, Ambassadors, and partners. Since 2016, our Fast and Free tight has developed through eight iterations—each one in the pursuit of the perfect running tight. Year after year, we’ve been fine tuning and finding ways to improve, just as lululemon Ambassador and professional runner, Nikki Hiltz, does with their training. Relive the energy of SeaWheeze weekend. Nearly 10,000 runners from 24 countries came together in Vancouver for an experience that brought our purpose to life. For nearly half of participants, it was their first-ever half marathon, and alongside cheer stations throughout the course, almost 500 lululemon employees showed up to cheer, encourage, and celebrate runners. We closed it all out at Sunset Fest, celebrating the people, stories, and connections that made this year's SeaWheeze unforgettable. Find the full recap of the weekend here: https://lnkd.in/g6vkRnvJ
