This intriguing interpretation of the Edwardian era was designed by Walter Plunkett for Martha Scott as Catherine Elizabeth Allan in the 1943 film In Old Oklahoma. 

The Old Texas Trail utilized the piece the very next year when it was worn by Virginia Christine as Queenie Leone.
