Just a compilations of small trivia headcannons I have for Adrestes because I gotta write these down somewehre
This is his face:
He's got a pretty square jaw, flat nose, large eyes and light hair colour thats often scruffy due to being in a hood 60% of the time.
The scar on his nose he got as a new ascended, he didn't wear his visor cover at this point. He then was really confused on why the sky looked funny, before flying head first into glass. He now always wears his visor when flying.
He doesn't drink, mostly because he hates the taste of alchohol and finds wine really bitter. Chokes it down first time at the Ember Court but eventually gets social enough to realize he doesn't have to fake liking wine and there are other options.
Has autism (hates breaks in his routine, perfers formal language struggles with social queues.)
Actually has a lot of hobbies and random triva. He finds joy in feeling useful so he learns random things just incase they come up. Examples include: He knows how to solder, he knows how to sow, he's first aid trained, he knows how to pick a lock. He hangs out at the Temple of Wisdom a lot just to learn little things because they also like to do this. He gets invited to hang out.
In addition to this, he knows how to drive a car. This is odd because Bastion doesn't have cars or need them. But Thenios, Mikanikos and Arios somehow got hold of a car and wanted to learn about it, they all learned to drive, then took it apart, then put it back together, improved it over a weekend, they ofc invite Adresties over to be part of this. He then went on to teach Kleia how to drive when she was an Aspriant because she was curious.
He is really into THESE BAD BOYS:
Always carries one or two on him for whenever he gets snackish at work. His fave is the apple cinnamon flavour.
In general he likes apple flavoured things, apple juice, apple pie, apples, etc.
He doesn't understand why Chyrus nicknamed him Andre 'because my name doesn't have an n in it'.
He does not know why Chyrus hates Angelis, especially enough to shove her in a box for how many years.
He actually thought Chyrus hated him at some points such as with the Ember Court, and he didn't understand 'what he did wrong' but Chyrus never realized Adrestes thought he hated him, he always liked Adrestes.
He and Chyrus don't start dating till after Adrestes becomes a Paragon because Adrestes didn't feel he could be into a Paragon, he felt Chyrus was way too above him. While Chyrus was like hi bestie.
Sometimes Chyrus lets Adrestes help out with things he could do on his own or with a steward just because he knows it makes Adrestes' day to feel useful.
He likes to be clean shaven but his beared is a war he's constantly fighting with.
Just had to draw the new toy coming in WoW TWW patch 11.1.5- a portable mailbox in the form of a lynx cub courier! I tried to capture it in the light of Beledar, both the Light and Void halves.

I respect an "I can fix him" villainfucker 50x more than a "he didn't do anything wrong, he's just misunderstood!" villainfucker. like yeah they both get the cute domestic happily ever after, but man the first guy has depth they have nuance and most importantly they are actually aware they're a villainfucker
but the guy i respect MOST is the unapologetic villainfucker. "yeah he did that shit and it was sexy" fuckers. "was the wanton murder fun babe it looked fun" fuckers. these guys know where it's at
