I update fields and stages mid-conversation. I review my pipeline while planning my week. I prep for meetings in minutes. All through Claude. Yesterday, this became public. Salesforce and Anthropic announced Claudeforce. My favourite part is the origin story. This started as a way our team already worked inside Anthropic, and now it's a product! The detail that makes it enterprise-ready: everything still routes through Salesforce. What disappears is the clicking.

Andrew Hill liked thisAndrew Hill liked thisOver $1 million raised in one night to accelerate breakthroughs in type 1 diabetes research. Pretty incredible. 💙 On Saturday, the Breakthrough T1D community came together at Sydney Town Hall for Night of Champ1ons, setting out to raise $1 million - and ending the night having surpassed it. Salesforce has been proud to support Breakthrough T1D (formerly JDRF) for many years, both here in Australia and through employee fundraising and volunteering around the world. I especially want to recognise Frank and Kala Fillmann, who have been passionate advocates for the cause within Salesforce in ANZ and have helped keep our support and involvement strong. What was moving about the evening was seeing what that support can ultimately make possible. Breakthrough T1D CEO Sydney Yovic shared the extraordinary progress being made, including the recent approval of Tzield - the first new therapy for type 1 diabetes in more than 100 years, since the discovery of insulin. It was especially touching to hear directly from the first person in Australia to receive the therapy, alongside one of the Australian researchers helping advance the science behind earlier detection and treatment. For some families, it can mean more time before T1D becomes part of the rhythm of everyday life - insulin, glucose monitoring and the constant decisions that come with managing the condition. Great to spend the evening in such good company with Meg, Séamus Horan, Frank Fillmann, Jenny Cleary, Phil Cleary and my wonderful wife Elizabeth. A huge congratulations to Sydney Yovic, the Breakthrough T1D team, the Night of Champ1ons committee, volunteers and everyone who gave so generously. 👏

From the desk of Meta’s Chief AI Officer, Alexandr Wang: “Slack is the strongest platform available today for agents, which is why we’re deciding to make the switch. Slack has a rich conversational interface for agents, mature developer tooling and strong 3P integrations. While not all of us are building agents today, everyone at the company will benefit from a robust and useful agent ecosystem.” Alexandr's (not to be confused with designer alexanderwang llc.) point is relevant and on trend: building and hosting on Slack is the runway move for AI Agents this season, 👗🤖 That’s a big part of the story this year at Dreamforce: Slack + Agentforce, bringing agents into the conversations where work already happens, and turning those conversations into action. Part EA, part COO - this role will manage my day to day admin, but also manage practice operations. Part time - 9am to 1pm - 5 days per week - remote, but ideally based in Sydney. This would suit someone moving from hospo, or looking for a role with flexible hours. I say this every time, but I will say it again! Andrew Hill liked thisAndrew Hill liked thisWhile gathering on Dharawal Country recently, seven First Nations women successfully completed 3 qualifictions in one go with Coaching Unlimited, Netball NSW, and Netball Australia - their Foundation Coach Accreditation, Development Coach Accreditation, and Rules of Netball Exam . The day began with a wonderful Smoking Ceremony and Acknowledgement of Country led by Brendan Kerin who has supported our work for several years. The coaches also heard from Jamee Stair, current Coaching Unlimited Project Officer, two-time Coaching Unlimited graduate, and accredited Development Netball Coach, who shared her personal coaching journey and insights into the opportunities that coaching can create for First Nations women and communities. Hosted by Illawarra District Netball Association and Albion Park Netball Club, the workshop provided an opportunity for First Nations coaches to connect and strengthen their coaching knowledge.
