Last week's webinar with Robert Crane highlighted some uncomfortable facts. Most #MSP revenue currently sits in the bottom layer, configuration and licencing. That work is shrinking because AI is increasingly capable of doing it, and it's easy for competitors to replicate. The layers with more durable value are compliance, data governance and agent development. If you're not ready to build agents in-house, why not partner with someone who is?
