I’m hurting so, so much about the studio closure/the layoff today. I can’t stop crying. This is probably because I’m flying back home tomorrow/Monday but I am not going back to my normal life, to my colleagues and work that I’m excited to do, I’m just going back to grief.

Good advice, and two cautions: fava beans can be harmful for people with G6PD deficiency (if you have that, you likely know you do) and kidney beans MUST be both soaked and fully cooked to remove toxic compounds similar to those in castor beans. Kidney beans are probably the one bean it's better to just buy canned for that reason.
