i got one of those little notifications on the bottom of the screen talking about “tumblr premium” and so i clicked on it to see what the fuck that entailed

sometimes i don’t realize i’ve been pronouncing something wrong my whole life because i talk fast and am horrible with enunciation so no one corrects me

i just discovered that the phrase is not in fact “every once and a while”, it’s “every once IN a while”

what the fuck

accidentally added a hadestown song to my lotr playlist and was assaulted with a vision of bagginshield as hades/persephone and then gigolas as orpheus/euridice

my favorite activity is taking a shower and then sitting on the floor and spacing out for 4 hours and really only noticing because my hair is now dry

do you ever just see a picture of yourself at just the right angle and have the sudden realization that you’re attractive

the evils are winning- i just started an episode of a show that i’m supposed to be watching with my roommate while he’s at work

my boyfriend just got a haircut and i thought it looked weirdly familiar but i couldn’t place it until just now when i realized he got a fucking matt mercer haircut!! its the exact same and the worst bit is that i cant say that to my boyfriend because he doesn’t know who matt mercer is

the fine line when you haven’t seen the most recent season of a show is terrible, for example:

i see a post about said show so i begin to read, it mentions season 2 things, and that’s why i read because obviously this probably doesn’t have season 3 spoilers as it is a post about s2. i get halfway through the post before it mentions a wildly important thing in s3 and i quickly close the tumblr app as fast as i possibly can and blast whatever music i was listening to in hopes of forgetting whatever spoiler i saw. i reopen tumblr and continue doomscrolling until i see another post in that fandom and the whole cycle repeats

i could solve this problem by watching s3 but i’m not going to because i would have to watch the inbetween season bonuses which i am not mentally prepared for because i was spoiled that my favorite character dies so ive been avoiding it like the plague and i am going to explode

i love having genuinely no concept of the passage of time because it leads to moments like tonight where i look at my clock and it’s 1:20 in the morning but i just looked at my clock and it was 10 pm

i got a new computer recently and the problem i have is that the trackpad is so much wider than my last computer that when i have my hand comfortably on where i would left click its a right click and its driving me insane

my quality of living has greatly increased after ive realized that if i dont want to see something on my dash i can just block the tag

if i dont like someone's blog i can block them

dont make yourself suffer for no reason, take some tylenol

its so jarring seeing this bc this is a fairly new ish blog as my last one was dragged out back and shot

like only 14k?? thats crazy

sometimes your entire leg falls asleep and you just kind of sit there for a while not wanting to move bc you know its going to be so fucking painful to get up and i do have chronic joint issues thank you for asking
