Product description
Everything is set in motion when a body — the victim of an unidentifiable disease — is discovered in an abandoned hotel. FBI analyst Grace Ashcroft is assigned to the case. But the crime scene is at the very same hotel where her mother died eight years ago. Grace prepares to finally face the past and makes her way to the scene, but this one case leads to uncovering the hidden truth behind the outbreak in Raccoon City, the biological disaster that shook the world. Will this be the requiem that finally lays the memories of that abhorrent disaster to rest? A new era of survival horror begins with the ninth title in the mainline Resident Evil series.

My first RE
Reviewed in Australia on 23 March 2026Resident Evil Requiem on the Switch 2 is actually my first Resident Evil game and I was pretty impressed. It looks way better than I expected and runs mostly smooth both docked and handheld. The mix of puzzles and action kept me into it the whole time and was easy enough to get into as a newcomer. Controls feel good, load times are quick, and being able to play it on the go is awesome. Def worth it if you want a solid game, even if you havent played the others.

This is a Game-Key, there's nothing on the cartridge
Reviewed in Australia on 1 March 2026Pretty shady to use misleading box art and not make any mention in the description at all, but this is a Game-Key Card. Popping it into your Switch 2 will require you to download the entire game; it can't be played otherwise.
Struggling indie publisher Capcom couldn't afford to put their $130 game on a cartridge.
