The Israeli occupation forces launched drone strikes on my husband, Fayez, and my son, Mohammad.

my husband was hit in the head, while my son Mohammad was wounded in his legs.

Although my husband's condition has stabilized, my son is still suffering immensely and urgently needs medical treatment outside Gaza.

The country where I come from, Venezuela, has had an election for president that has resulted in fraud. Mr. Nicolás Maduro has proclaimed himself President although the votes have said the opposite. This regime has devastated the lives of its citizens, resorting to violence against those who opposed it. It has brought ruin to a nation once celebrated as a pioneer of Latin American independence, yet many choose to overlook its plight. Venezuela, a country that once extended support to immigrants and provided aid to others, is now dismissed as insignificant by many.

If you are an advocate who values the dignity and needs of individuals, we urge you to raise your voice alongside us. Don't ignore us because we are Latinos, this is also a war. It is a conflict against an individual who has controlled his armed forces, law enforcement, narcotics syndicates, and citizens, rendering any attempts at reform futile despite our vocal protests. I have family members who are unable to depart through legal means, and if they choose to leave unlawfully, they face harsh judgment from people of the outside.

My name is Eman and I am asking for your help to provide the basic necessities of life for my family.

Our household consists of my four wonderful children, my husband, my ailing father and father-in-law.

when we were happy

We lived a relatively stable life in Gaza prior to October 7 th, 2023. Since then, we have been displaced multiple times. We left our home, our belongings, our life and dreams. We finally ended up in a tent after moving in multiple unsafe homes. My children as a result, are suffering from malnutrition, inability to sleep and fear of bombing and explosions all around us.

We are in a continuous state of unrest and it's taking a toll on us physically, mentally and emotionally.

We are in dire need of help to hopefully move out to safety and provide for our family. My father needs a surgical intervention to remove gangrene from his foot and my father-in-law is suffering from severe depression after the death of my mother-in-law. My youngest is anxious and cries all the time. Our world is collapsing and I can’t figure out a way out of our situation. This war has changed our life to living a constant nightmare.

We no longer have the minimum necessities of life

No homes, no water, no electricity, nothing left.

Then the office where my husband worked was destroyed. My husband works as a computer engineer. The entire tower, which included many companies and private clinics, was bombed.

We lost many friends, including my husband’s mother, who died in the war as a result of extreme fear and gangrene in the intestines due to malnutrition. My children are still grieving for their dear grandmother, and now we live in a tent that lacks the lowest standards of living.

Our suffering has been continuing for about seven months, in light of the cold, rain, and lack of winter clothes.

I ask you, hoping that my request will not be rejected, that you help me build our lives and save what is left of us, that we try to create a future for our children after what was destroyed, and that we try to fulfill their small dreams that have become impossible in their view after they saw the destruction of our home and schools, that each one of them complete his studies in school and then move on. To the university, and for each of them to become what he desires, build his future, achieve his dreams, and benefit himself, his family, his community, and his country.

everyone needs to go read this entire article, the reports from both whistleblowers and prisoners are absolutely harrowing. its reported medical procedures (including at least one amputation) are being performed by under qualified staff, prisoners are not allowed to speak or move, and people in the hospital ward are cuffed to their beds in only diapers and fed through straws. satellite imaging of sde teiman from september 2023 vs march 2024 shows more than 100 structures have been added to the area of the military base/prison camp. cnn geolocated the leaked pictures (shown above and in the article) and determined they did in fact come from sde teiman, they also noted the structure holding prisoners "resembles an animal pen". it cannot be understated how fucking evil what theyre doing is.

I'm scared to say this isn't new because it feels like it takes away the gravity of the situation but like. It's so important to understand that this isn't just a response to October 7, we've had reports of Israel imprisoning and torturing Palestinions (including children) for a long time. Without charge, and trying them in military courts.
